For all modes, to enable approval by emailthe approver to approve or reject directly through the email notification, the setting must be enabled for the Customer account. 

To turn it onenable this feature:

  1. Go to Customer Maintenance in the CMS or on your website.
  2. Use the Search tool to find the customer account.


  3. Select the customer account.
  4. Click the Customer Details tab.
  5. Tick Enable Email Approval
  6. If you want the approver to add a rejection reason, tick Required Comments on Email Order Rejection.


  7. Click OK.
