Order templates allow users to save the contents of a current order for use as a template for future orders.  An An order template can then be copied partially, or entirely onto a user's current order at any time in the future.  Permission to use order templates is by Role.

An order template can also be stored at a company level, enabling all users associated with that Customer Code to view and use these templates also.

Order Templates

To view an Order Template: 

  1. Login as a registered userto the website.

  2. Navigate Go to the 'Dashboard and select Order Templates' page (usually located on the 'My Account' or 'Orders' menu).

  3. A list of previously saved templates will be is displayed. Click 'View ' against next to the required template.

  4. The page will reload to display the selected template.

To use an Order Template:

  1. Login as a registered userto the website.

  2. Navigate Go to the 'Dashboard and select Order Templates' page (usually located on the 'My Account' or 'Orders' menu)..
     
  3. A list of previously saved templates will be is displayed. Click 'View' against next to the required template.

  4. Click 'Copy Items to Current Order' Add All to Cart.

  5. A confirmation message will display displays advising that items have been added to the cart.

 You can adjust the quantities of products in your template before they are copied to your current ordercart.


To Create create an Order Template:

  1. Browse or search for products and add them to the cart.

  2. Navigate Go to the Shopping Cart or Current Order page.

  3. Click 'Save as Template' (or equivalent).
  4. Enter a name for the template.
  5. Click 'Save'.
  6. A message will display confirming that the template has been saved.
