Overview
For multisite control, deploying site CMS Administrator and Content Administrator roles can can publish product details to destination sites. Note that this content is non-lockable. Content Manager roles on these sites can add, edit or delete deployed product details.
What can be deployed?
Any product feature can be deployed.
In general, data available through Product Maintenance in Online mode
- Product Information
- Categories for a product
- SEO fields
- Custom fields
- Product media (images and videos)
- Features
- Accessories
- Alternates
- Product Variant details.

Step-by-step guide
1. Enable Deploy Product
Feature DeployContent
- In the CMS, go to Settings → Settings → Feature Management → Content → Linked Sites.
- Ensure Linked Sites is enabled, then click Configure.
- In Deployment, toggle ON Product Features,
- Click Save or Save & Exit.
2. Deploy Product Feature(s)
To deploy product features:
- Go to E-commerce → Products & Categories → Product Features.
- When you're ready to deploy, click the Deploy button.
