Customer Self Service Caches caches the pricing that is calculated for a customer and a product in order to improve the overall performance of the site.
The cache time defaults to 30 minutes. Use Follow this procedure process if you need to clear the price cache price to ensure prices displayed are based on the latest integrated pricing data.
Step-by-step guide
To Reset the Price Cache:
- Login as an administratorAdministrator.
- Go to the "Preferences" page
- Select the "Tools" tab
- On the "Pricing Matrix" Navigate to 'Preferences' --> 'System Preferences' (zPrefs.aspx).
- Click the 'Tools' tab.
- On the 'Pricing Matrix' tab, click the "'Clear Pricing Data" button' button.
