When a new B2C website user is created, the user has to verify their email address via an email sent after registering on your site. registers on the site, the standard process in the Customer Self Service eCommerce Platform is for the registration process to be completed after the user has submitted the registration form. However, for extra security, you can now add email verification to the process. If this option is enabled, the user remains inactive until ownership of the email address is authenticated by clicking on the link within a set time in a verification email they will receive.
