Article Templates allow you to select specially designed template layouts available out of the box for static content (e.g., content such as news articles, blogs, FAQs or any user-defined page that does not change much) , etc, as well as the flexibility to customise them or create new ones altogether. Article template layouts work in similar ways to other templates, using zones and widgets to organise page content and select options.
