What are Articles?

Articles differ from static content in that they can change based on posted date, start, and finish date. For example, a promotional article could be published which would disappear at the end of the promotional period.

The most common use of the Article functionality is to create periodic updates and blogs about your business or your products and services. Strategic and informative content The Articles system provides an integrated and flexible way to create and publish grouped content (pages). Grouped content may be news about your business, promotional articles or product discovery blogs, etc. We organise group content by 'article type'. Each article page belongs to an article type. The ability to add posted, start and/or finish dates for each page allows easy maintenance. Fresh content can appear first in the list and old pages are automatically removed from viewing. And access to an article type is simply a matter of adding a link to a list of its pages (in an 'article list page') through an existing or new navigational or section menu.

The most common use of Articles is to create a space to communicate with customers. Whether it's latest news, blogs or product stories, our article system can help you present and organise fresh content about your business and products offered. Strategic and rich informative content through news, promotional articles and product stories can have positive effects such as:

  • nurturing customer relationships and engagement
  • improving product discovery 
  • converting visitors to purchasers
  • improving SEO scores.

The Article functionality can also be used to create other grouped content, e.g., a list of FAQs or team members with specific content published on individual pages.
