Review all emails sent from the website, locate a particular email or re-send an email.


All emails sent from the website can be reviewed and resent in via the 'Email Review windowHistory' page. This is handy if, for instance, a customer reports they have not received their order confirmation emailsemail.  
You can simply locate the email and trigger a re-send.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login as administrator
  2. Go to "Accounts" and then "Email Review" in the Administration role
  3. The screen to the CMS.

  4. Navigate to Reporting → Email History
    • Non-BPD admin users should look in their Accounts or Settings menus for the 'Emails' page.

  5. The page will show all emails for sent in the past 30 days. Searching and date range options are also available

  6. Use the paging arrows to browse, or search by keyword and/or date range.

  7. Use the "Resend"  option 'Resend' button to resend the an email to the same email or original destination address, or specify an alternative email recipient.
