Two online return options for checking multiple returns on a single order settings that perform checks on a partial return before it can be submitted have been added to CMS Online Returns Feature Management for easy access. |
Ensure The first setting checks the requested return quantity plus the quantity in previous returns for an order is not greater than the shipped quantity. Also, ensure the requested refund amount plus the amount returned in history is not greater than the original order amountagainst those returned previously for the same order to ensure total returns will not exceed the order quantity. The second setting checks the refund to be given against all amounts refunded previously to ensure the original order total is not exceeded.
