A user's account can become locked if they fail to login have a certain number of timesfailed login attempts (determined by site settings).
When this happens, you can easily unlock their account by following this procedureas the Administrator.
Step-by-step guide
To Unlock a User's Account:
- Login as an Administrator.
- Navigate to the User Maintenance Page 'Accounts' --> 'User Maintenance' (zUsers.aspx).
- Search for the required user account that needs to be unlockedClick Modify .
- Click 'Modify' to edit the user details.
- Change the Edit the 'Deactivate User Account' flag so that it is not checked ticked.
- Click Click 'OK' to save the user
