This feature can be used to offer discounts for online orders

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to Customer Self Service Login as an administrator
  2. Navigate to the zSettings.aspx Setting page
  3. Under the tab Orders click on the second level tab Web Discounts
  4. Click New to create a new discount or Modify to edit an existing one
  5. Enter the relevant Customer Code, Stock Group, Discount Percent and discount Action
  6. Click OK to save

For Customer Code and Stock Group you can use the percent (%) wildcard wild-card to select more than one customer code, for example

  • % for all customers
  • A% for all customers starting with the letter A
  • A%B for all customers starting with the letter A and ending with the letter B

The discount Action will perform 1 of two actions

  • Append to append the web discount to and discounts already applied from Pronto
  • Override to override and Pronto discounts
