To decrease delivery and/or pickup mishaps and inefficiencies, entering delivery or pickup instructions prior to order submission can be set as mandatory. Improve instore pickup scheduling by forcing customers to add preferred pickup times in their orders. Minimise missed and lost deliveries by ensuring customers enter delivery requirements.
