This feature can be used to offer discounts for online orders
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to Customer Self Service as an administrator
- Navigate to the zSettings.aspx page
- Under the tab Orders click on the second level tab Web Discounts
- Click New to create a new discount or Modify to edit an existing one
- Enter the relevant Customer Code, Stock Group, Discount Percent and discount Action
- Click OK to save
For Customer Code and Stock Group you can use the percent (%) wildcard to select more than one customer code, for example
- % for all customers
- A% for all customers starting with the letter A
- A%B for all customers starting with the letter A and ending with the letter B
The discount Action will perform 1 of two actions
- Append to append the web discount to and discounts already applied from Pronto
- Override to override and Pronto discounts
