Customer Self Service features a password expiry date, which can be set to force a User to change their password.

Step-by-step guide

To Set the Password Expiry Date:

  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Accounts' --> 'User Maintenance' (/zUsers.aspx).
  3. Search for the required User.
  4. Select the User via radio button.
  5. Click 'Modify'.
  6. Edit the value in the field labelled 'Password Expiry Date'.
  7. Click 'OK' to save.


If the 'Password Expiry Date' field isn't appearing on the User Maintenance page, contact support@commercevision.com.au to have it added.
