A user can have Customer Self Service features a password expiry date, which can be set to force the user a User to change their password.

Step-by-step guide

To change Set the Password Expiry Date:

  1. Login as an Administrator.

  1. Navigate to 'Accounts' --> 'User Maintenance' (/zUsers.aspx).

  1. via radio button.
  2. Click 'Modify'.

  1. Edit the value in the field labelled 'Password Expiry Date'.
  2. Click 'OK' to save.
