- In the CMS, navigate to Settings → Settings → General (on your website: /zSettings.aspx).
- In the section 'Login retry limits and lockouts' in Login maximum retry count, enter the number of times a user can type an incorrect password before being locked out. Default: 3 times
- In Login maximum retry time, enter the time period (in seconds) within which the number of failed login attempts are counted towards a lockout. The default is Default: 60 seconds.
- In Login failed login lockout time, enter the time period a user will be locked out for. The default is Default: 30 seconds.
- When you have finished editing, click the Update button.
