This article outlines the functionality of the order line notes in CSS and will provide the steps necessary for a CSS Administrator to configure this.

Step-by-step guide

Enabling or disabling order line notes:

  1. After logging into the Customer Self Service application, navigate to zRoles.aspx.
  2. Select the desired role and navigate to the functions tab
  3. Find the Enable Order Line Notes setting and set it to 'Yes' or 'No' as desired.

 

The order line notes functionality is configurable at the Role level only.
