Web site administrators might need to remove a user from the database. However, the user still have 'active orders'.
In order to protect the database integrity, users with associated orders cannot be deleted but rather deactivated.
Step-by-step guide
To deactivate a user with active orders.
- Navigate to the User Maintenance Page
- Search for the user account that needs to be unlocked
- Click Modify to edit the user details
- Change the Deactivate User Account flag so that it is checked
- Click OK to save the user
Active orders are:
1) Orders that have been submitted
2) Orders that are awaiting integration
3) Orders that are requiring approval
